The short version

You see your complete website, for free, before you pay anything, and you get 5 free revisions. Because of that, purchases are generally final. But if something is wrong with what you received, we'll make it right.

When we'll refund you

• The downloaded files don't match the preview you approved.
• The download is broken or incomplete and we can't fix it within 5 business days of you telling us.
• You were charged twice or charged by mistake.
• Where a refund is required by the consumer laws of your country.

When we usually won't

• You changed your mind after downloading the files.
• You'd like a different design than the preview you bought (use your free revisions before buying).
• Problems caused by your hosting provider, domain setup or later edits to the files.

How to ask

Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase with your project name and what went wrong. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show them.

After a refund

A refunded website's license ends: please don't publish or keep using the files.
