Who we are

Sitelings ("we", "us") runs the website at sitelings.ai and sells finished websites that are built from a brief you provide. These terms apply when you use the site, send a brief, or buy a website. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.

The crew is AI

Websites are planned, written, designed, checked and packaged by AI systems we present as a "crew" with names (Vera, Pilar, Lexi, Dot, Index, Nit and Zip). They are software, not people. A person at Sitelings can help with problems; write to [email protected].

Your account

We sign you in with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox secure: anyone who can open the link can see your projects. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to make a binding agreement for yourself or your business.

Your brief and content

You keep ownership of the information, text and other material you send us (your "content"). You give us permission to use your content to build, revise, store and deliver your website, and to operate and improve the service. Don't send content you don't have the right to use, and don't send passwords, payment card numbers or health records.

You are responsible for checking that your website is accurate before you publish it, including names, prices, licenses, phone numbers, addresses, opening hours and any legal or regulatory statements your business must make. The crew marks missing details with [PLACEHOLDER] and lists its assumptions; replace these before going live.

Previews and revisions

Previews are free, watermarked, and shown only to you. Each project includes 5 free revision requests. We may limit how many briefs, builds or revisions one person can request so the service stays available for everyone.

Price and payment

A website costs USD 249, paid once, unless a different price is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't see or store your card number. Taxes may be added where required. Checkout may show the amount in your local currency.

What you get when you pay

After payment you can download a zip file with your website's files. From that moment you own the website files we delivered to you and may use, change, host and publish them as you wish. Fonts loaded from Google Fonts are licensed by their authors under their own open licenses.

Hosting, domain names, email and any third-party services are not included. The go-live guide is provided for convenience; those services have their own terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to create websites that are illegal, deceptive, hateful, or that infringe someone else's rights, impersonate another business or person, or collect information under false pretenses. We may refuse or stop a build, or close an account, if we believe it breaks these rules. If we stop a paid project for this reason, we may decline a refund.

AI output

AI can make mistakes. We review output automatically for structure and obvious errors, but we don't guarantee the website is error-free, will rank in search engines, or will bring any particular number of customers. We don't promise results we can't measure for you.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Sitelings is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim about a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
