How much does a landscape design cost?
Plans start at $3,500 for a front or back yard and $6,500 for a whole property. The $250 site walk is credited to the design if you go ahead.
Do you also build the design?
Yes. Our own crew, led by Tiago, builds what we draw: planting, coral stone, lighting and irrigation. You can also take the plans to another contractor.
Which areas do you serve?
Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens and Wellington, plus Tequesta, Juno Beach and North Palm Beach.
How long does a project take?
Design takes 2 to 3 weeks. Most installations take 2 to 6 weeks, depending on size and permits.
Can you handle HOA approval?
We prepare the drawings and plant lists most architectural review boards ask for, and revise them if the board requests changes.
Do you guarantee the plants?
Plants we install are covered for one year when they're on irrigation we installed or adjusted. Hardscape workmanship is covered for two years.
Do you speak Spanish or Portuguese?
Yes. Rosa speaks Spanish, Tiago speaks Portuguese and Spanish, and our plans and quotes come in all three languages.
