Yes. The plan is yours. Most clients have our crew build it, but you're free to use anyone.
Do you design for HOA approval?
Yes. We prepare the drawings and plant lists architectural review boards usually ask for, and revise them if the board requests changes.
Can we build in phases?
Often, yes. The budget is laid out by area, so you can start with the front and add the pool garden next year.
