At handover, every site meets the floors on the 3-run average. If it doesn't, we fix it before you pay. If we can't, you don't pay. You get a certificate with the pages tested, the date, the scores and the settings.

The don't-pay rule

  1. Each check runs 3 phone tests per page, with the same settings as your baseline.
  2. If any score falls below your baseline (allowing 2 points for normal test noise), the crew tunes images, code, fonts and caching, then tests again.
  3. Still below? That period's fee is refunded automatically, and you get the before-and-after report.

Fair exclusions, stated up front

  1. Only sites we host, or where you've given us access to publish. We can't guarantee a server we don't control.
  2. Things you add yourself later, like chat widgets, videos or huge images. We tell you what each one costs in points and offer to fix or remove it.
  3. If Google changes how Lighthouse scores, we set a new baseline with your OK and tell you why.
