Compare

Compare your options honestly

There are five common ways for a small business to get a website: a do-it-yourself builder like Wix, Squarespace or GoDaddy, a freelancer, an agency, or a service like ours. Each one is the right answer for someone. These pages compare them with sourced, dated prices and say plainly when you should pick the other option.

Side-by-side comparisons

We sell one of the options, so every comparison follows the same rules: our prices are labeled as ours, outside prices link to a dated source, and each page ends with who should choose the alternative.

How we keep these comparisons fair

A comparison written by one of the competitors deserves suspicion, so here are the rules these pages follow and that you can hold us to.

  • Prices are list prices from the provider's own pages or a named publication, with the date we read them.
  • We don't describe anyone's product as bad. We describe what it is built for and who it suits.
  • We say what we don't do: no custom software, no online stores with large catalogs, and no claims about where you'll appear in Google, because that isn't ours to decide.
  • Every page has a "who should pick the other one" section, and we mean it.
  • Spot an error? Email [email protected] and we fix it and note the date.
