AI assistants built on the same written rules, yours to take home

Your own AI assistant, made for your business

Rivet scopes it with you, the crew builds it from your own pages and facts, Nit tests it, and you get a folder you load into Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini in about ten minutes.

Automation Engineer · RivetTell me the one job it should do. I'll ask what it needs to know, what it must never do, and how you'll know it works.

How a kit gets made

The same checks run on every kit, before you pay and again before you download.

  1. Scope it with Rivet

A short form for a template, or a chat for a custom kit. We cover its job, who uses it, what it knows, its tone, its rules, what it refuses and the questions it must answer well.

  2. Built from your material

Lexi drafts the knowledge files from your public pages and the facts you give us. Your content only: nothing invented, and never our own crew's instructions.

  3. Tested before you get it

Nit runs every test question against the kit and grades the answers. The README tells you the pass rate as measured, failures included.

  4. Load it in minutes

Step-by-step guides for Claude Projects, ChatGPT custom GPTs and Gemini Gems, with the minutes each step takes and the links you need.

What's in the kit

A plain folder of text files you own a license to use for your business.

What we build, and what we won't

Version 1 assistants give advice and write drafts. These rules are checked in code before anything is built or charged.

We build

  • Assistants that answer questions from your own information.
  • Drafters that write emails, posts and replies for you to review and send.
  • Guides that walk your customers or your team through a process.

We won't build

  • Spam bots, scrapers, or anything that sends, posts, books, buys or pays on its own.
  • Assistants that pretend to be a person or deceive people, including fake reviews.
  • Anything aimed at a private individual.
  • Assistants built to get around a platform's rules.
  • Assistants that make medical, legal or financial decisions for someone.

Health, legal and finance businesses can have an information-only assistant. It shares general information, never decides anything for anyone, and always points people to a licensed professional. We add the disclaimers for you.

Questions

Which AI do I need?

Any one of Claude (Projects), ChatGPT (custom GPTs, which need a paid plan) or Gemini (Gems). The kit includes a guide for each.

Can it send emails or book appointments for me?

Not in version 1. It answers and drafts; you or your team send, book and pay. That keeps it safe to use without connecting it to your accounts.

Do you keep my information?

We keep what you give us to build and revise your kit. Don't put passwords, keys or customer records into it; our checks remove anything that looks like one.

What if an answer is wrong?

Fix the fact in the knowledge file and upload it again. Custom and Premium kits include revision rounds; you can buy another round any time.

Can I resell it to my clients?

No. Each kit is licensed to one business. For several businesses or a team, ask for a quote.

Ready to scope yours?
