Websites for landscapers and lawn care companies

Landscaping companies sell two very different things: big seasonal design and hardscape projects, and small recurring maintenance visits. A good site separates them, shows your finished outdoor spaces and makes signing up for weekly service easy. Our live landscape design sample shows a full 20-page version.

What landscaping customers type in

Landscaping demand peaks in spring, and searches split between people who want a one-time transformation and people who want the lawn handled forever.

  • Projects: "landscape design near me", "paver patio cost", "retaining wall contractor", "outdoor lighting installation", "drought tolerant landscaping".
  • Maintenance: "lawn mowing service", "weekly lawn care prices", "hedge trimming", "fall cleanup", "mulch delivery and install".
  • Seasonal: "spring cleanup", "leaf removal", "snow removal" where that applies.

Pages for the two halves of a landscaping business

The single most useful decision is giving projects and maintenance separate pages with separate calls to action.

  • Home that shows a finished project photo and offers two doors: "Plan a project" and "Get weekly service".
  • Design and installation: your design process, plant choices for your climate, how long a project takes.
  • Hardscapes: patios, walls, walkways, with materials you use.
  • Maintenance plans: what a visit includes, frequency, season length, how billing works.
  • Portfolio by project type and size.
  • Service area, about, contact.

From five pages to twenty

A maintenance-only crew needs very little; a design-build firm benefits from a deep site with area and project pages.

  • Maintenance crew (Starter or Business): / , /lawn-care/ , /seasonal-cleanups/ , /service-area/ , /contact/
  • Design-build firm (Growth):
    • /design/ , /hardscapes/ , /planting/ , /lighting/ , /irrigation/
    • /projects/ (several project pages)
    • /areas/ (one page per area with real local notes)
    • /blog/ (seasonal advice)

The package for your landscaping business

Landscaping has the widest spread of any trade we serve, so the fit depends on whether you design or maintain.

  • Mowing and maintenance only: $249 Starter Site, or the $599 Business Site if you also want seasonal pages.
  • Maintenance plus small projects: $599 Business Site.
  • Design-build with a portfolio and several towns: $1,500 Growth Site, up to 20 pages and 3 languages.

The pricing page has every inclusion.

Details that matter for outdoor work

Customers can't easily picture a finished yard, so photos and process carry the sale more than adjectives do.

  • Before-and-after pairs taken from the same spot.
  • Climate-appropriate plant lists show local knowledge better than any claim.
  • Licenses where required, for example for pesticide application or irrigation in some states, exactly as you hold them.
  • Recurring pricing: a starting weekly or monthly price, or what decides it (lot size, frequency).
  • Bilingual pages if your crews and customers speak Spanish; the Business and Growth packages include extra languages.

Questions people ask

Short answers to the questions that come up most when owners in this trade talk to us about a website.

Can customers sign up for weekly service on the site?

They can request it through a form that asks address, lot size and frequency. Payments and scheduling stay in whatever tool you use today; we can link to it.

Should I write a blog?

Only if you'll keep it real: short seasonal posts about local plants and timing help visitors. A blog of generic articles doesn't.

Do you make a page for every town?

Only where you have something specific to say about that town. Copies with only the town name changed are what search engines call doorway pages.

Can the site be in Spanish too?

Yes. The Business Site includes 2 languages and the Growth Site 3.
